Leg plate aerial sports

What do you need to hang up a two point heap? To hang up a two point heap you need a leg plate, two strops (which are equally long) and at least 3 carabiners. You can get the stops directly to the hope button with a loop. You're doing this for the points. Would you rather confirm the noose through a carabiner than it can. In that case, you'll need five carabiners.

Do you want a running hope, then you need a swivel. You can confirm this one above the leg. You'll need one extra carabiner. The use of a swivel is also better for the life of the material.
