Livertime 5-10 working days.If you want to get started at home or in the garden in an aerial hope, it is usually started with a lot, a noose and a carabiner. This set will deliver everything you need to enjoy this sport at a quick time:

The standard, most commonly used size, is 95cm in diameter. This starter kit comes without swivel. However, the use of a swivel is recommended so that the noose is not twisted and the material is less worn. However, it is not an absolute must.

You hang out the hope as follows:e strop is connected to the heap by means of a loop knot. On the other hand, there's a carabiner. That carabiner hooks you on the ceiling hook. So, what else do you have to arrange? The point to which you're going to hang hope. This depends on where you're going to hang up hope.
