Last Monday, the Balance Challenge started. This fit challenge runs from 28 January to 28 February 2019. Every day, a fun and challenging challenge pose is posted. Toetreden is makkelijk! Controleer onze feed op FACEBOOK @Flexmonkey_sport of INSTAGRAM @Flexmonkey_polewear voor de nieuwste uitdagingspost. Of, controleer gewoon elk einde van de week de blog. Probeer de balansvorm zelf, 📸, post & tag. Dan: word een van de vele winnaars! Natuurlijk hoeft u niet de exacte houding te doen zoals model @demibrama (wat in sommige gevallen bijna onmogelijk is). Elke houding die de essentie van de getoonde balanstruc vastlegt, is goed. Deze uitdaging loopt van 28 januari tot 28 februari 2019.
