Flexmonkey summer event 2017
What can you expect?
Day one you will be welcomed on a beautiful Brabant farm and we will introduce you to a drink and a snack. We start with a joint warming up, then the group is split in two. Amanda waves you up during a workshop POLETRICKS, and Cai motivates you to find the acrobat in you in the AERIAL HOOP. All the lessons are outdoors so you can work on a tin at the same time. After this effort a short break follows and the groups change. So you don't have to choose and you get the first day straight pole dancing, and aerial hope. After this workshop there is another drink and a snack ready for you and there is time to take pictures. We close the evening with a cozy and healthy BBQ.
Day 2 After a nutritious breakfast we start together with PILATES and it is time to get started in duo s! Balancing with each other is not only educational, it also creates fat tricks. After this morning's workshop ACRO-YOGA it's time for another bite and we're going to lunch. Finally, you can choose between Cai's POLETRICKS or Amanda's HANDBALANCING. There's room during the day for your favo move to be recorded. A photographer is present for this. After the last workshop, we say goodbye to each other.
